Open House, Potluck, and Parent Meeting

Open House: Saturday, September 2, 2023

Time: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

Location: 12711 Harpers Ferry Rd, Hillsboro, VA 20132

All units will hold a regular meeting opened to new members, followed by a Potluck lunch, and a Mandatory Parent Information Meeting. Parents are asked to remain in the property to observe the meeting. This will allow you to determine if our program could be a good fit for your family. There will be an information table on the grounds to hand out more information about the schedule, costs, and registration procedures. Please arrive a few minutes early so that your children can be placed in the respective group. Please bring a covered dish to share, sunblock, bug spray, water bottles, and lawn chairs.
